Free, with no account

Both sites are free to use and don't ask you to create an account. Much of what you enter is saved only in your browser, so clearing your browser's site data can erase it. We may add, change, or stop features at any time.

Pros are independent businesses

Pros who use SrvPak, or who appear on Cared For Home, are independent businesses. They aren't our employees or agents, and we don't screen, license, or endorse them. Each pro is responsible for their own prices, licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and the quality and safety of their work.

We're not part of your job

Any job is an agreement between the homeowner and the pro. Cared For Home isn't a party to it, doesn't take payment for it, and doesn't guarantee the work, the schedule, or that either side will follow through. Disputes about a job are between the homeowner and the pro.

Quotes are estimates

Quotes are built from the prices a pro sets and the details entered about the job. They're estimates: the final price can change once the pro sees the job. Neighbor discounts are offered by the pro, apply only to the date shown, and can end at any time.

Using the sites fairly

You agree not to:

• Enter false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else.
• Add someone else's phone number or email without their permission.
• Use the sites to send spam or for anything illegal.
• Scrape the sites, overload them, or try to get around their limits or security.

We may remove content or block access to stop misuse.

Texts and email

When you give us your phone number or email and submit a form, you agree to get texts or emails about what you asked for, like quote updates, follow-up reminders, and offers from pros near you. How often depends on how you use the sites. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Pros are responsible for following the law in any messages they send their own customers.

Your information

You keep ownership of what you enter. You let us store it and show or send it where needed to run the sites, like putting a pro's business name on a quote or a street name on a neighbor offer. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to delete it.

No warranty

The sites are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise they'll always be available, error-free, or that prices and estimates are right for your job.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any work done or not done by a pro, for anything a pro or homeowner does, or for indirect or lost-profit damages. Because the sites are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using the sites after a change means you accept the new terms.
